About Koch

The Koch company was founded by Peter Gojer in Bolzano in 1980, and still nowadays it is a proud producer of frozen food. The production of the company is specialized in frozen pasta and other food products, like gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini, and many more. The company operates in the sectors of wholesale trade, as well as in retail and in retails chains inland and abroad. The Koch company is also really strong in Horeca sector.

Since 2000, the quality of the KOCH company is certified, nevertheless constantly improved.
Koch has always sought out commercial opportunities even outside the Italian borders, where there was a strong interest in “Made in Italy” products. This led the company to be present in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, England, Norway, Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Japan and America. Over the time, the company had to extend his production capacity while maintaining the quality characteristics.

Two different cultures meet in South Tyrol. The uniqueness and also difference of South Tyrolean cuisine is reflected in the KOCH sortiment. You can find there not only traditional South Tyrolean dumplings and spätzle, but also typical Italian dishes like potato dumplings and filled pasta.
